I was rather disapointed with this kit well my main gripe would be the way the legs attach to the torso wich makes posing and standing it up for display difficult to say the least. Other then that its a decent kit.

Well i got this gundam about a month ago. it's a really fun model to build, and is pretty detailed. It comes with it's Gn bazooka, the gn cannons on it's back, AND 2 beam sabers. so i think it's a pretty good buy.

If you are looking for a gundam to buy i'd recomend this Gundam.

The 1/144 HG Gundam Virtue is an odd case. It has everything this Gundam is supposed to have, but that winds up being very ho-hum, as reflected by being by far the cheapest kit in the series (on a number of levels).



The build quality as actually on par with the other kits in this series, with everything snapping together well and requiring little or no paint. As this is the sturdiest of this 00's Gundams, this kit is appropriately built, and could easily take a number of shelf dives with no scarring (though I wouldn't recommend testing that).



But the central gimmick of Virtue is supposed to be the ability to change into Gundam Nadleeh, and that transformation isn't present here. Perhaps that was too much to ask of a 1/144 kit, but without that gimmick, Virtue is just so plain. Its bulky armor looks cheap because there's little detail. Although it has all its equipment, all of its equipment is very bulky. You'll need some careful work with a detailing pen to make this kit look less like a dollar-store toy and more like a Gundam kit.



If you're going to collect the full line of Gundam00 1/144 HG kits, this isn't a bad kit to have in the lineup. It stands well, and what little posing the suit is capable of, this kit can basically replicate. But if you're like me and you give a lot of care into how your Gundam display looks overall, this is a pretty weak kit. Hold out for a more detail if you're a fan.

This product is indeed worth buying if you're a fan of the Gundam 00 Series and if you're on a budget.

The 00 Gundam is indeed included and is very articulated. Unlike the original 00 Gundam kit, this one has a lighter blue and red tone(my only complaint, since I actually favor the solid blue and red), and includes more detailed stickers. It is as big as any other 1/144 scale Gundam.



This kit also includes the 0-Raiser, 00 Gundam's support. 0-Raiser is highly detailed in a lighter blue tone and has its own display stand. It is able to "dock" on the 00 Gundam once completed. GN-Drive shields for the 00 Gundam are included and can be combined to make one shield.



This kit is indeed a huge improvement from the normal 00 Gundam kit, since it comes with more detailed stickers(and also a Celestial Being logo sticker for the Gundam's GN drive shields!!) and a free display stand. It also brought the famous 00 Gundam and 0-Raiser together in one kit! This is also very cheap for a special-edition set.



This is highly recommended for those who are wanting to buy a 00 Gundam and 0-raiser kit. Veteran Gundam collectors will appreciate the lighter tone of the model.

As a relative newbie to Gundam models, I found this model an absolute blast to build. Like with the other kits in this series, instructions are easy to follow, and Nadleeh snaps together easily with no need for glue. Painting isn't a requirement either with the included sheet of foil stickers, though admittedly paint does enhance the finer details of the mech itself. The kit also features a number of accessories, including arm-mounted shield, GN rifle, and two beam sabers with blades (the latter of which I've noticed is lacking from certain other Gundam 00 kits).



Nadleeh proves highly poseable and quite easy to stabilize/balance no matter the position, something neither my 1/100 Kyrios or 1/144 Dynames can boast. The mech's overall design is wonderfully slim, keeping its center of balance precisely where it should be, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the feet had such a wide range of motion - one aspect I found lacking in my other models, and what helps this figure's stability. The joints move smoothly and easily, without being too loose - a trait I've observed of this line in general.



Thus far, I've only noticed two negatives of this kit. I would have enjoyed the ability to transform between Virtue and Nadleeh, but that feature might be too much for a 1/144 model. (For that, I'd have to upgrade to the 1/100 size.) Secondly, the red foil stickers for the arm shield have some difficulties adhering firmly to the plastic, so it might be a good idea to paint that section. (I've found Sharpies work wonders.)



Overall, this is a top-notch kit with more features than I expected. An excellent addition to any Celestial Being armada.

 "Decent Not Too Good" 2009-08-22

I had plenty of fun building this model. There were a few things i didn't like about this model though. First off, the way the shield goes on creates a slight problem. As embarrassing as it is, I play with my models every now and then and that involves taking weapons on and off for plot purposes. The shield is clip on and held onto the arm by force. Taking off and putting it on multiple times might break the clip like it did for me. But it was really easy to fix. Some super glue fixed that problem. The second was that how posable the wings and the rail guns were. The rail guns can only move linear according to the wings. So wherever the wings are facing that's which direction the rail guns can move up and down from. So if you have the wings extended fully in it's iconic appearance you can't have it's rail guns on the wings facing forward. Third and finally was the color. The color on this model wasn't that good. I know it's just an HG model but all of my other HG models' colors were really accurate. Freedom's wings are completely blue, there's no black on the top. Rail guns in the wings are completely white. And the rail guns at it's hips were completely light gray blue along with it's gun. It's legs didn't have any colors except at the knee. That can be dealt with using a very fine sharpie.



All in all it was a decent model but nothing too special.
